-i go pee all the time
-my vision is blurry all the time
-i bruise super easy and cuts take forever to heal
-bad headaches a lot
-weak spells
-dizziness
-thirsty ALL the time
I have just gotten this way in the last couple of weeks. no fever or anything. help!

Much like everyone else has said SOUNDS LIKE DIABETES!! It is very common to experience thos signs and symptoms with the diagnosis of DM.
You need to make an appointment to see your primary physician if you have one or an urgent care. There they will perform a blood analysis (lab draw) Hemmaglobin A1C which determines if you truely have diabetes.
With diabetes you have to watch what you eat (often switching to wheat pastas verses regular white=starch pastas).
It is a disorder which requires dedication with time, responsbility, and management people are diagnosed everyday.
You'll have to take your blood sugar before meals and increase your activity, eat 6 small meals a day.

Sure sounds like Diabetes to me. I am Diabetic, my son was Diabetic, and my brother was Diabetic so I may have some experience with this desease.
Frequent urination is a primary sympton.
Blured vision could also be related to low blood surgars.
Dizziness..............blood surgars
Most of all Thirst!!!
I would highly suggest that you have a fasting blood sugar done ASAP;
If the results show that you are spilling surgar, then your doctor will put you on insulin, or pills depending on the severity of the Diabetes. SEE YOUR DOCTOR as soon as you can. You can go into comas if left uncontrolled.

All of those symptoms are symptoms of Diabetes... you probably want to go to the doctor and get tested.

Those are all classic symptoms of Diabetes. Go to the Dr. and tell them....you should do this right away.

Some of these symptoms could be caused by a brain tumor---don't freak out though, it could be other things. I strongly recommend that you go see a doctor a.s.a.p.
