With Glucophage you can conceive. I have PCOS and have a healthy 11 month old son. They may also start you on fertility meds. Without the fertility drugs it would just take a little time to conceive. I tried off and on for a couple years without fertility drugs. So find an OB/GYN that specializes in fertility issues and in no time at all they'll be scheduling you for prenatal appointments. Since you are trying to conceive you need to go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins. You need to have a reserve of folic acid in your system for proper development of the spinal cord and such in the growing fetus. By the time most women find out they are pregnant its too late to store folic acid. So prepare today! Good luck and best wishes!

Your chances are good. I have PCOS too. My doc just put me on Metformin (generic Glucophage) and she's looking at Clomid in a few months. She said that it was possible that i could be pregnant this time next year. So, yes, it is possible.
