I used to be an athlete and a very famous guy on the campus.Now after so many years, having getting married, parenting two kids and with a tiring job, I hardly look like what I used to be.....precisely I have gained a lot of weight..I am very happy with my family and everything.I don't want my old mates to feel sorry for me for no reason......Any help

I exercise twice a day, I'm in great shape, and very strong, good looking body too...but I think I need a touch up on the abs? I rarely work them, and rarely do cardio, but I am as strong as a bull and get compliments on my body all the time. Can anyone advise?

I'm an elementary school teacher.
But everyone in my family who's gotten the shot has felt tired and achey the next day. I haven't gotten the flu in years, and I'm wondering if it's worth paying $25 and feeling bad if there's only a small chance of getting the flu anyway.

I was diagnosed as being clinically depressed 5 years ago. I've gone on and off different meds, and have even tried going without any meds at all. It worked for a while, and then all of a sudden, depression hit me in some form. (whether it was a true fear of driving, suicidal thoughts, or anxiety attacks). My question to you is, do you think my chances of having to take meds all my life are larger than I hope for? Or do you think I may have a chance at leading a normal life without any meds at all one day?

we've had him to the dr.and he diagnosed him having flea bites, again after several days back to the dr. again and was diagnosed with a food allergy! the dr. now is stunned after treating with different medication, the rash wont go away! Does anyone else have any tips?

I have Vitiligo and it is getting so much worse. I need to hear from other people with this condition and what you do about it. I am very active and out in the sun all the time. I also have itchy bumps that turn white if I itch them, and it impossible not to especially at night.

not just hispanic people or gay males that are inflicted with h.i.v., aids, but not to many people know this, because it's not ever hardly mentioned. why is this? do you really think it's the irresponsability of having unprotected sex or partners who've shared dirty needles, or a country who ignores the fact that 68% of black americans have this fatal sickness, i am white and i am wondering, now, what do you think, do we all really need to rush over to africa, including black artist, so they can say, they've done their part, when it's right here, in front of us???

For the past six years I've had severe right upper quadrant abdominal pain...a surgeon removed my appendix five years ago and it didn't help. Besides the pain I've experienced diarreah, vomiting, nausea and severe gas. I've had three or four ultrasounds of my abdominal area and they all show up as normal. All blood tests show up as normal. My doctor thought it was my gallbladder but the latest scan came back normal. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? I'm getting frustrated with getting no where.

My daughter started to complain that she was itchy on her chest about a week and a hlaf ago. Hives were noticed 3 days ago when I was helping her put calamine lotion on to help with the itch. Hives went on her chest, back, neck and stomach. We started benedryl and have been taking it on a regular basis. After the 3rd day, the hives do not seem to be getting better, but just a little worse. How long should I wait for the benedryl to take effect?
