I've been working out for about 6weeks now and feel like I've gained rather than lost weight. I saw someone for the first time in about a month or so, and they commented that I had gained weight. I do 30 mins of cardio and alternate weight lifting(arms, legs, back) and finish up with abs. I do this 4-5 times a week. I eat 3 meals a day, small bagel and orange juice for breakfast(I'm not a breakfast person, I never feel hungry so for me this is a huge effort) I have a salad or small sandwich(turkey/swiss on wheat bread) I drink water and may have 1 can of coke a week. The only change I've noticed, is feeling a lil sore(but that's normal) and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. I have acid reflux, and my dr. has always told me to work out and I wont have to stay on medicine all the time. Before working out, I was fine and hadn't felt any pains for a while, even stopped taking the medicine, but now that I'm working out, I'm feeling pains again.
What am I doing wrong?
