Generally speaking, yes. There has been debate that excessive hormaones in utero can effect penis size. Another interesting fact on penis size is that the length of many penises is longer, because of the location on the body where the penis leaves the body. The urethra estends from the prostate and curves under the buttocks. It detaches at a point at the groin, but not in the same place in all men. The higher the point of detachment the shorter the penis. One of the first things a plastic surgeon does when enlarging a penis, is to detach the penis connection point

from what I've read the penis is like a balloon, so in reality it is the amount of blood that can enter that would determine the size. I recommend reading Taoist secrets of love cultivating male sexual energy by Mantak Chia. It has excersises to do that actually will enlarge your penis and improve your health.

genes? i don't think so! i think its one of the many myths surrounding penis size. it is also said that, ones' fingers determines the size of your pecker...same as the kind of car you drive also determines whats in the hood...I think its a relative issue, not that it has ever mattered to me; all i can say to you is, if you ve got a big one, small one...the most important thing is getting the job done. I have over the years, seen friends lose their loved ones for various reasons, and believe man, the size of their penis had nothing to do it. Lastly, why are you bothered about your size anyways? my friend, look on the bright side...its the age for small things: cars, mobile phones and pecker...never mind! take care of business....and you are the man!!!

This is a good question!! I think you could be right....but it may also have something to do with proportion.
I met a guy who was well endowed but he was also 6 foot 4 inches tall.
My friend says her guy is average (about 6 inches) and he is normal in height too!

hmm i dont know that is a good question? cant wait to read the answers... then again if you were a female who had a son would you ask your father or father inlaw how big their penis was because you were concerned with your son's size in adult life!! PMSL can you imagine doing that?

thats a good question. i think so. it does make alot of sense. women's breasts are in the genes too. some poeple can be slim with big boobs. others its impossible to get that unless you get fat. there is no way you can make it bigger if thats what your saying, other than stretching it out or surgery. x
