It depends on the carbs. I would say a couple with soup wouldn't hurt but just to chow down a packet- no.

Have a great day!!!

By eating large amounts of salt your body will eventually brng in a lot of salt into your cells, and therefore causes a gradient betweent the extracellular fluid and the cytoplasm and causes your cells to intake more water, hence you could potentially gain water weight, it wont be substantial but if you keep close watch of your weight you may notice a differnece.

The organelles within in the body work best within a low soduim enviorment, and you get that sodium from table salt, which is covering the crackers. Then again you are getting a good source carbs, OH NO CARBS, pppssshhh, you need carbs to live jsut dont go slamming 20 packs of crackers a day and you should be fine. The most important thign is to get exercise then you can eat good food in reasonable amounts, and have a metabolism that can keep up.

The more muscle you have the more energy it takes to power that muscle in physical activity therefore, you can burn more calories and such when you have more mucsle. So get yourself so dumbbells and give your self a little work out, not just running, runnign is great for you but you want to really get a good muscle content in your enitre body, and then really get into some physical acitivities, tennis, racquetball, running, swimming, anything that works your whole body, and by doing so with all the muslce you have built you will burn even more energy.

Hi there! Just make sure you do eat them in moderation. Look at the calorie suggestion/# to eat on the box...they usually tell you how big of a serving you can have with how many crackers/calories are in that serving. I love saltines to snack on! =)

Eat wheat saltine crackers, I do and I love em (I don't even really like regular ones half as much)

Yeah they are okay, but they have a bit of sodium in them, which causes dehydration if you don't drink enough water, it causes your body to hold water in to keep from dehydration causing bloating. Haha good old science for you. But they aren't bad to eat on a diet, I would recommend wheat crackers (wayyy healthier) if you get hungry, maybe add some cheese and meat for protein, depends on your diet though.

Many that follow a ridiculously strick diet will tell you something bad in everything. Even salads believe it or not. But truthfully, diet or no diet, too much salt intake alone isn't all that good. It wears you out and makes a sloppy doggie day.

Bet you can't eat 10 saltines in a minute.

Sure just don't overdo it. I think they're about 10 calories each, which adds up. I have them as a snack in the evenings with a diet coke.

Depends on what diet. If you're watching your carbs- any cracker is made of bread, which is packed with carbs. Just don't over do it
