I exercise twice a day, I'm in great shape, and very strong, good looking body too...but I think I need a touch up on the abs? I rarely work them, and rarely do cardio, but I am as strong as a bull and get compliments on my body all the time. Can anyone advise?

Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.

Good luck and stick at it.

simple: watch your diet, spend about 15 to 20 minutes exercising. For best results, try cycling. Or you can use the ball to level your body and gradually raising your chest, making sure the pain is felt around the abdominal area...its not rocket science, you don't need too much, just work out carefully, and make sure you are actually doing the right thing...if in doubt ask! cheers and good luck.

drink lots of water and do lots of crunches. knee raises work well also. just make sure that you flex your abdominal muscles when you're doing these and other exercises...also make sure that you feel the burn.

hope this helps...

I LIKE DOING CRUNCHES ON AN INCLINE...HEAD DOWN FEET UP. YOU WILL BE SUPRISED HOW WEAK YOUR STOMACH IS WHEN YOU DO CRUNCHES LIKE THAT...
