not necesasarily, but most likely when the organs fail and they are in really bad health to start with, its usually close to being over with. have a friend whose liver failed kidneys shut down was on life support for 3 weeks, and is now up going fishing everyday. only god knows our time.

not necessary as they can live through it.my buddy is young but drinks like a fish.he got sick one day after a binge and got multiple organ failure.he was in a coma on life support for a week.snapped out of it and now drinks more than ever.
