Is it possible for me to go back to the same weight and frame as i was then .i have gained 4 inches all over more than what i was then .Is the goal of going back to that frame an unattainable dream?Height is 5'4.Will i look skinny for my age and my frame.My body frame is medium

I take about 6 different medications for various different physical conditions. I'm sure they play a big factor in my heart rate of about 120-130 resting.

I do exercise and my highest heart rate is about 150 when exercising.

I'm just wondering what (if any) damage I could be doing to my heart by having such a high resting heart rate. I cannot change my medications, and I'm exercising. I'm a little overweight 215lbs @ 6'1" and am trying to eat healthy.

I'm only 28 yrs. old and suffer everyday from chonic backpain. Although it isn't limited to, the pain is usually worse at night and in the morning. It prevents me from getting the rest I need ! Ive already seen doctors who think I'm drug seeking, Ive changed my mattresses a dozen times,I'm not over weight. I do have a slight curvature of the spine that was noticed by a pediatric doctor when I was little. I don't know what to do, but something has to be done. I can't live in agony forever!! will I have no choice but to just live like this ???? PLEASE CAN YOU HELP?

I read liberal application of cold pressed castor oil will cure the
problem of pcos and adhesions after laprascopy. Any one has experienced. Castor oil is supposed to cure so many ailments regarding liver,constipation, pcos etc. pl. let me know if anyone

I have been on Effexor for 4 yrs and it is no longer effective. Now, my doc wants to taper me off effexor and add another med to lesson the side effects. In addition, she wants to switch me to a SSRI instead. Will another SSRI work for me?(I was on Celexa but it didn't work, and that is why they switched me to Effexor SRNI). I have anxiety and depression. If anyone has any experience with this stuff, let me know.

I have been seeing a neurologist due to extreme muscle and joint pain, i stumble a lot, drop things, forgetfullness. I do have fibromyalgia and have for years. I also have peripheral neuropathy ( no diabetes) I have had tests to rule out Lupus and MS (which does run in the family) Lupus is neg, not enough points or evidence for MS, ( no lesions on the brain) but does not mean i do not have it. So now he wants to do more aggressive and specific testing. What I want are some suggestions of what it might be from those who experiene this, so that i can read up on it so that I can ask questions and not look like a dope when we discuss different possible causes and treatments.

I have severe Osteoporosis of the spine. I am on Alendronic Acid + Adacal. I take HRT although my GP would like me to stop. I had a hysterectomy at age 40 and no one checked my bone density following this. I asked for check at 44 and they found, using a spinal/hip bone scan that I was in the lowest density possible. This would not have been picked up on a foot bone scan. 4 yrs on with treatment I am getting worse not better, unfortunately. I have constant back pain, thought to be from crush fractures and difficulty with walking or sitting for any length of time. My life is begining to shrink in terms of what I can or can't do. I want to be able to play with my grand children and lead as normal a life as possible. So any info greatly received. Thank you.
