Hi,

Green Tea is AWESOME stuff. As an acupuncturist and personal trainer I often recommend Green Tea to my clients. Green Tea does a couple of really useful things..

1) Great for weight loss - this is because it increases a process called thermogenesis, your body's method of generating heat, the process you spend most of your calories on. You can read more about that here http://www.isometric-training.com/weight-loss-tea.html

2) It's also chock full of anti-oxidants which reduce free radicals in your blood stream and are proven to reduce the risks of cancer.

3) Tastes great and is exceedingly refreshing.

There are many types of green tea and my personal favoutie is a Japanese Green Tea callen Sencha. This often comes in a powdered form called Macha - absolutely lovely stuff.
