I don't have a runny or a stuffy nose, but I've got this annoying sinus pressure that sometimes gives me a headache. I've tried the pills, some nose sprays (although I'm looking into Flonase) and such, but nothing really offers effective relief. I wish there was a way to keep the sinuses clear!

And how can I get rid of them?
I have tried drinking water and holding my breath but it seems i still get them at least twice to three times daily and they are the painful ones. It seems that since I had my gallbladder removed that they are more frequent. does anyone know if that has some thing to do with anything?

MY NAME IS MONIKA CAYSON AND I AM WRITING TO YOU BECAUSE I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF YOUR HELP. I HAVE A 19 YEAR YOUNG DAUGHTER, JENNIFER, WITH A KIDNEY DESEAS CALLED FSGS (FOCAL SEGMENTAL GLUMORUS SCLUROSES). SHE IS ON THE NATIONAL KIDNEY DONOR LIST.
THE DOCTORS SAY THAT IF WE DO NOT GET A DONOR WITH IN THE QUICK IT COULD BE TO LATE FOR HER. THE NATIONAL WAITING LIST FOR A KIDNEY IN GEORGIA IS 3-5 YEARS. WE DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME.
WE WERE TOLD TO CONTACT AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO SEE IF WE CAN GET A DONOR OR WHAT EVER HELP YOU ALL ARE WILLING AND OR ABLE TO GIVE US.
IT IS NOT THE WAY IT SUPOSE TO BE! A CHILD SUPOSE TO OUTLIVE THE PARENTS AND THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IT HURTS ME TO SEE THAT SHE IS GOING THROUGH SO MUCH STUFF IN HER YOUNG AGE.
I FEEL SO HELPLESS. JUST THE OTHER NIGHT JENNIFER CAME TO ME AND SAID “MOM I GOT TO TELL YOU SOME THINGS. JENNIFER APPOLIGIZED TO ME BECAUSE SHE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY KIDS OF HER OWN. SHE SAID MOM I AM SO SORRY BUT I CAN’T MAKE YOU A GRANDMOTHER. THEN SHE HUGGED ME REALY THIGHT AND SAID MOM I AM SO SCARRED. I DON’T WANT TO DIE.I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I CANT TELL HER EVERY THING WILL BE OK, BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW IF IT WILL. I ALSO DON’T KNOW IF ANY OF YOU IS WILLING OR ABLE TO HELP US. SO I JUST SAT THERE WITH HER AND WE BOTH CRIED.

A recent study has shown that some people who are in a Persistant Vegetative State are still conscious and able to form coherent thought. This potentially adds a new dimension to discussions about euthanasia.

Personally it scares the willies off me to think that I could be kept alive fully aware of my surroundings yet trapped in my own body, unable to express myself to those around me.

What are other peoples thoughts on this new revelation?

My wife has recurrent BV and she uses MetroGel to treat the infection. The treatment doesn't seem to work all that well since the BV seems to crop up somewhat rapidly afterwards. Can the infection be transmitted to the male? If I don't use an anti-bacterial wipe immediately after sex my penis will have that "fishy" smell for a couple of days (I am circumcised). At times I can smell the distinctive odor on her breath before she gives me oral sex even though we hadn't had any type of sex for over a week. She said that her doctor had recommended that I also should be treated with the MetroGel. I spoke with a representative from the MetroGel company who said I didn't have to be treated and that the bacterial vaginitis could be masking an STD.

I'm really at a loss to understand what's going on and my wife doesn't want to discuss it.
Any suggestions?

So, my partner decided to get his nipple peirced. about 2 months later they started to hurt so badly that he decided to take them out. I KNOW THIS ISNT ADVISED! After he took them out, they started getting bigger from what I can guess is pus on the inside. The problem is he doesn't want to go see his doctor about this (I dont know why). I would like to switch to using an insulin pen, preferably one that uses the BD Ultra Fine III Short Pen Needles (or equivalent). I want a fast-acting insulin. What I am really confused about is the difference between Humulin N and Humulin R, mainly the difference in how quickly they work. I would prefer to stick with Lilly, as they make my other pen, Byetta, and would likely use the same type of pen needle.
