If you are referring to urine, then maybe it has been a while since you last peed and it's all icky and hard coming out. See a doctor if otherwise.

what do you mean by hard .. do you mean it's thick ? sometimes precum is collected in your penis, and when you try to pee they come out, so it would seem like the urine is thick
