The ideal way to gain muscle tone is by adding resistance, increasing weight, and working with 6-10 reps/set. However, if you do not wish to use weight, the only other option is to use your body weight to perform exercises.

CHEST exercises:
Wide push ups: This is the same as normal push ups, but place your hands as wide as possible. Keep your neck in a straight line with your spine (watch forward). Go up and down. Repeat. This should create pressure on your pecs.

BICEPS exercises:
Here you need a bar where you can hang on or two sticks to grab. You can try to seek such an object.

Grab the bar with your palms faced to your face. Cross feet over each other. Keep your knees bent. Pull yourself up and lower completely. Repeat.

TRICEPS exercises:
Do ordinary push ups, but place your hands as close as possible to each other.

SHOULDER exercises:
Ordinary push ups (hands at shoulder width).
Ordinary pull ups (palms faced outwards, away from face).

It would take you along time to build up "good pecs and biceps" without using weights but you can build up some strength using pull-ups and push-ups also get your abs in and do some crunches. I've not heard of any bodybuilders that don't use free weights, but you're a teenager so you have decent hormone levels and people who are new to strength exercises tend to develop quite quickly up to a certain point.

bodywieght exercises are never given the credit they deserve. Pushups for pecs, pullups for biceps as many as you can as often as you can. As strength improves, work on handstand pushups and weighted pullups.
