So, my partner decided to get his nipple peirced. about 2 months later they started to hurt so badly that he decided to take them out. I KNOW THIS ISNT ADVISED! After he took them out, they started getting bigger from what I can guess is pus on the inside. The problem is he doesn't want to go see his doctor about this (I dont know why). How does he "fix" this problem

If the holes are already closed he needs to go to the doctor and get antibiotics prescribed before it gets worse! If the holes are still open then go back to the piercer and have them flush the wound if they do not know how then go to the doctor and have them flush the wound, and continue to wash them twice a day with a liquid un-scented anti-microbial (or anti-bacterial) soap and water, also the use of H2Ocean or sterile saline wound wash is recomended.
But it sounds like the holes are closed in which case he NEEDS to go to his doctor!

WARM SALT WATER or a disinfectant spray you can purchase from most tattoo or piercing studios from the PROTAT range, which is about $10- $15.
I got my nipples pierced 12 months ago and it generally took mine 7 months to completely heal which is normal.
anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months is when the healing process beings, and this is when your nipples will secrete "pus", and maybe even ache or itch a bit.
If he is certain he wants to keep the nipple piercings out, regular bathing of warm salt water in a shot glass will do the trick

Sorry, but a trip to il dottore is in order. He could get a very serious blood infection called sepsis, which could kill him. This is serious. From the pain and swelling it sounds like it is already infected; he needs to probably be on antibiotics immediately.
