Sometimes you can get dental work a dental colleges for little to no money I got veneers done for only $100 each and they let me pay month payments to them w/o a credit check, I hope this helps also he should buy a waterpick a use it religously instead of flossing this might hurt at first but it will help clear any infection from the gums

There are free dental clinics in many cities.
Also, go to the nearest university hospital. Many will do dental work for free if you don't mind having a student learn on you.

Dental work can be very expensive, so I agree to look into clinics in your area or apply for state help. Also there are credit companies like Care Credit who only handle medical/dental expenses. I'm not one to usually recommend credit cards, but it may help.

If this question is serious - and not one of the multitudinous pointless postings on here ... consider this ...
Latin America has very well trained, inexpensive dentists. Many people in the Southwestern US cross into Mexico for just the reasons you have mentioned. No dental insurance, high costs.
Mexicali has a large number of qualified dentists. Research it on line and see for yourself.

Try a dental school, they work on you for half the price. Plus if he has gum desease try putting a little baking soda mixed with table salt in small container and brushing with this, don't really know how it works but it does. I also have a bottle of peroxide I use only for myself and I stick my toothbrush in there after brushing with the other and brush over all my teeth with it and rinse good, don't swallow it.

Because major dental work can be very expensive, many dentists are willing to work out payment plans for their patients. I know it's difficult in this day and age to add yet another bill to your budget, but once teeth are gone, there's no getting them back.

there are often "free clinics" ...be prepared to wait for an appointment, a FEW dentists offices will work out payment plans, they will probably require most of the money up front though. I hope you guys find someone/somewhere, dental problems can be very expensive, and very, very, very painful.

Call your state department and see if you qualify for any medical assistance. You may can also call Blue Cross and Blue Shield because they may have open enrollment or may have open enrollment coming up soon.
You can also call the denist offices and see if they can do financing, I know in Alabama some dentists do that but your best bet is to call your state department and see if you can get any funding.
