I am currently on a diet, so am watching the calories, fat, carbohydrates etc on every drink and food.

I was totally stunned to learn that diet coke (coke zero) had a very very very low calorie count. and no carbos, sugar etc.

Can this drink really be better than a fruit juice, which has a lot more calories and fat content?

Just doesnt make sense.

I was just wondering because I want to lose weight and I don't care how long it takes as long if it doesn't take years!! I want to lose 43lbs and I want to do it this year like before new years eve. Like maybe a diet plan or something I could do with my dog, 10lb weights, or my stationery bike. I don't want to but something because they don't work for everybody and so they might not work for me. I can't download anything because this is my dads computer and I can't spend money because I am not allowed to. I am twelve years old and tired of hearing I am too young to worry about my weight because I am not ever heard or childhood obesity? I am not obese I am just overweight and want to lose weight! I know that 43lbs sounds like a lot but it is not quite underweight almost but not quite. If I grow an inch it would be underweight though. So I am a vegetarian and obviously won't eat anything with meat.

To be more specific, I'm talking about when parents divorce and one teaches the kid that the other parent doesn't love them or that if they talk w/the other parent they will take him away, things of that sort.

this girl i know, she started developing like 2.5 years ago. her breast are pretty small, but i wouldn't consider her flat-chested. she wants 2 wear camisoles (they have a built-in bra) instead of regular bras, but i heard that this will lead her in2 developing "banana-like" breasts. does that mean that bras are better? she doesn't really care, and she doesn't feel uncomfortable without a bra. thank u.

Im am allergic to nickel & play the flute. I have to paint everything with clear nail polish so I can make it through the day. I love to wear jewlery. I also love to paly the flute. I go through hell during marching season. I marched my freshmen year and quit because of it. Now its my senior year and im maching agian. I don't want to quit but I don't want to deal with my itchy ozzy disgusitng skin. Is there a mouth guard for the flute? Or can I just paint my flute with clear nail polish?

Okay. after I take a shower I always clean out my ears with Q-tips.
One day me ear really hurt when I cleaned it out and there was so much **** on it. Eww... Umm, I smelled it and it was not normal at all. I tries cleaning it out with alcohol and it ******* burned like hell. i think I passed out or something. Yeah, now it's all dried out and krusty but it still hurt pretty bad when I try to clean it out. I don't wanna go to the doctors cuz they'll like put some strange chip in my ear. I know they do it. Why does the government do that to us? What they think that we dont know? It's one of those devices that tracks where you are huh?
Yeah well what should I do about the **** in my ear?

I know more about computers then my signaficant other. When i go online i like to clear cookies and the history. One day i didnt do that and when i started typing in the web bar words came up.

last night I tried to drink one sip of a strawberry daquri...and just the taste alchohol in my mouth...I couldn't even swallow it...and I puked it up in the sink...Then I drank some anyways without tasting it...like a half a glass....(yeah I know...Im smart)...and about thirty secounds later...I puked it all up. I can't hold my alcohol!!! Yeah...isn't that a good story...anyways...do you have any idea what might be going on with me? I mean I used to be able to drink obvioulsy...but now...obvioulsy not. THe last time I drank I got so drunk I passed out...and was still drunk the next day, then had a hangover the day after...do you think maybe I got alcohol poisoning or something?

My friend told me something that sounds so stupid, but I needed to know whether is was true or not. She said that after a female has her period it's good to put toothpaste in your vagina to freshen it. But I was wondering, isn't that the purpose of soap??
