sounds like a common virus, not much can be done.
When I get like this I usually take paracetamol & ibuprofen.
I wouldnt bother with beechams etc, they are just paracetamol with flavourings and often caffeine.
I get a bag of oranges, 2 lemons, juice them, chuck the juice and peel into a big bowl, pour on boiling water, mush it all up to extract as much juice as possible and honey to taste and drink it.
the paracetamol is a mild pain killer and will help reduce temperature, ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and will help ease the aches and pains, honey will help sooth your throat and oranges and lemons have plenty of vitamin c.
Doctors cant do much for this sort of thing, bed rest, plenty of fluids and the above.
(though please check against any other medication you are taking before using paracetamol and ibuprofen)

Um hate to say it but being at the computer will not help. But here goes....
If you've had flu' then some antibiotics for the cough, and plenty of vitamin C - but take carbohydrates to counter the effect on your stomach. If you have a headache then sleep, with a cold flannel on your forehead if you are hot.
To feel human again, watch the Simpsons and stroke a small kindly animal or small furry toy. Im sending some healing love and a blessing for you to be well. Sleep well and get better soon!!
Thats an order from Auntie Pan.

I actual have a Bernese. each distinctive day I artwork 9 hours. i'm going living for an hour an afternoon at lunch. I actual have 2 different doggies and that i think of they look after each distinctive company. confirm you have gotten alot of toys on your Bernese, like kongs. they're going to consume each thing in the event that they lose interest. confirm the toys are not suitable for eating or chunk-up-able. the days i do no longer artwork long hours i'm living house with the help of two. may well be you may hire a domestic dog sitter to return over for a hour or so an afternoon to could additionally help Berner out and play it must be extra effective for it. I particularly do no longer recommend leaving any dogs on my own for 8-9 hours. They become entering into disaster for doing despite undesirable whilst relatively this isn't any longer their fault. evaluate approximately it some extra till now you dedicate. Pets are companion and childrens contributors that save around for an prolonged time!

You could be anaemic or have a folic acid defienciency. Nothing can be established without a visit to a good GP asking you q's and ordering tests. The weather is upsetting a lot of poeple together with the pollution we suffer - either move house and or see your GP. Nidal

Ok, you have a Summer cold...(If not, then go to the doctors, thats what they are for!)
Now, drink some gatoraid for your headache.
Spray some salt water up your nostril for the cold, as the bacteria is situated in your nose and if you put a saliene solution in there it will dry it up in a hurry and your cold will be cut in half or more.
Now if its in your chest, then there is nothig to do but suffer, (I would still use the gatoraid and saliene solution for the runny nose and sinus problems).
I hope you feel better soon.
I wish you well..

Rub pure peppermint oil into your forehead followed by an ice pack for headache. Use a facial sauna ( or bowl of boiled water and towel over your head ) Add menthol crystals and eucalyptus oil and inhale.

Try medicated charcoal tablets, About 3 per day. They remove unwanted toxins from your system, without side-effects. Sounds like a tad of vitamin C wouldn't hurt either as per dosage recommendations.

if at the worst of this illness, you couldn't lift your head from the pillow to say hi to the man of your dreams, then it's flu, muscle ache and exhaustion are not generally symptoms of a cold. it'll pass with a few more days, just get plenty of fluids.
