1. Eat healthy (Make red meat your last choice) Eat chicken, fish..
Minimise 'hidden fats' by choosing lean meats, reduced fat milk products and processed foods.
*meat should be grilled, boiled, broiled or roasted*
Avoid fried meats.
Beans make a healthier 'protein' choice for your diet than meat
Most species of fish are extremely low in calories and contain essential oils that work favorably in the body to combat heart disease and certain cancers. Your next best option would be chicken.
Remove all visible fat and skin from your meat selection.
Include lean poultry or pork weekly.
Include a handful of a variety of nuts/seeds several times a week.
If you are worried about your weight, combining nuts/seeds with low calorie foods (e.g. vegetables/ salads) in meals is a good way to eat them. Having more than this weekly frequency is recommended for vegetarians or for people who avoid red meat.
Remember nuts are a good substitute for meat (meat alternative), so a vegetable meal with nuts counts as a 'serving of red meat'.
Include several cups of a variety of vegetables daily. Include dark green leafy types, a variety of deep coloured vegetables across the week and garlic, onions and herbs in meals daily.
At least two different pieces of fruit daily.
Make your cereal whole grain and reduced in salt
2. Exercise=To improve health and burn fat, people should exercise 30 minutes or more at least three times a week.
How Exercise Burns Fat. I enjoy walking fast..
The kind of exercise that reduces fat is called aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercises include walking, running, swimming, bicycling, and rollerblading. During aerobic exercise, the heart beats faster and breathing is heavier. The increased oxygen you breathe in combines with stored fat and literally burns the fat away. Regular aerobic exercise (20 minutes of exercise three or more times a week) also raises the body's metabolism; the body burns more calories all the time - even at rest!

3. Drink plenty of water *(avoid sugary drinks)*Reduced fat milk, Have plentiful fluids using water and tea. Some of this water can be consumed as tea, coffee or cocoa beverages - all of which are high in antioxidants. About 4-6 cups of tea/coffee a day is OK if you are not sensitive to caffeine (can raise blood pressure). Softdrinks/cordials/ energy drinks should be kept to a minimum if consumed. Avoid caffeine.

Don't eat RIGHT before going to bed. When you shop for groceries, stick to your shopping list. Don't buy any extra food items. Never starve yourself, especially before going out to eat. Don't skip meals, you have to have some kind of nourishment regularly, or your body's starvation defenses will kick in, lower your metabolism, and store fat.

I lost 60 pounds on Weight Watchers. It didn't come off fast, but it did come off and I learned enough about lifestyle and food choices to keep it off for over two years.
