it is possible, but could also be ezema, if you dont want to go to the doctor, try asking your local pharmacist, they are very helpful and can recommend something for it

It could be an allergy or poison ivy. Depending upon what the problem is, it could or could not be contagious.

Depends on what kind of **** you been into. Put some benadyl cream on it and don't worry about it
