I am currently on a diet, so am watching the calories, fat, carbohydrates etc on every drink and food.

I was totally stunned to learn that diet coke (coke zero) had a very very very low calorie count. and no carbos, sugar etc.

Can this drink really be better than a fruit juice, which has a lot more calories and fat content?

Just doesnt make sense.

It's not healthy, but it won't add to your nutritional value in the form of calories or fat or carbs in anyway. But healthy, no, definitely not. But better than regular soft drinks. Less calories and fat than juice if you are watching those for your diet. Just don't drink unlimited amounts. One or two a day max.

Worry about the sugar, not the calories. Fruit juice is just as bad as soda, it has very high sugar. Diet soda is much better than regular soda, but it is still not that great for you. If anything drink the vitamin water, it tastes delicious and is still healthy.

Diet Coke or any other Diet canned drink isn't healthy, it just contains very few calories. Fruit juice is better for you as it contains vitamins but obviously calories too.

No coke has additives too which are very unhealthy even if it is low in calories it may also be addictive...much better to drink fizzy water if it's the bubbles you like... I myself find this very satisfying now that I'm used to it.

jucies is anytime better, n the diet coke also doesnt give u satisfying taste... so if u want to diet... forget about sodas of any kind just if u want to drink its better go for juices... atleast their is taste n proper vitamin in it.. after all u need to give ur body some calories

No. diet coke is not good for you. Read the ingredients... it has sweetners that can damage your health and the Coca Cola company has terrible unethical policies. Look on Google and see what they do - you are damaging yourself and other human beings if you subscribe to it.
