this girl i know, she started developing like 2.5 years ago. her breast are pretty small, but i wouldn't consider her flat-chested. she wants 2 wear camisoles (they have a built-in bra) instead of regular bras, but i heard that this will lead her in2 developing "banana-like" breasts. does that mean that bras are better? she doesn't really care, and she doesn't feel uncomfortable without a bra. thank u.

I've never heard of this "banana" syndrome... I think the shape of your breasts probably has a lot more to do with genetics. Plus, if she's already been developing for two and a half years, then the shape is probably already set. As for the camisole / bra question, it is a personal choice. I am medium chested, and I find bras to be much more comfortable than camisoles, because I don't like how tightly the elastic grips with camisoles, and the support isn't comfortable. If she doesn't like bras because of the straps, there are a lot of good strapless bras out there now. There are even cups that you can stick onto your breasts that work as a bra - no straps at all. i've never heard of this "banana" thing before. i wear camisoles and mine dont look like that! camisoles are fine, but if they dont have a reiforced second piece of fabric i would reccomend wearing a bra underneath, like a small training bra (i dont kno hwo big your friend is tho). some camisoles actually have cups built in, which is better, like killing two birds with one stone.

I would say always wear a lightly padded bra of some sort. It helps with "nippy control".

id say a bra. i trust them more on covering the nipple.
