The top muscle in my forearm I pulled lifting a roof structural member at work. It was like a reverse curl, now it kills to lift a glass of water. What should I do?

I am just plain hating life trying to not smile. It affects everything. I am not in a position to pay for having my crumbled crowns replaced by implants however I am way up for bartering or trading some estate jewlery and or some Rock memoribilia! I also am willing to trade to the right dentist a Marc Chagall piece, Dali... I am in texas and need some of you great dentists to please respond. Some THINGS are better than money!! Texas here.

I found out I had endometriosis right after I had my son. Shorlty after that, I found out I was no longer fertile and begun taking medicine for it. That didn't work. I have so longed to get pregnant again with no success. But this month, something happened that made me check my symptoms online. Is it possible for me to naturally start ovulating again? its one year already im sufferring from nervous,my medication is valium. nervous attack without warning n no reasons. why am i goin to this stage. when im on attack i felt numbness of hands, dizziness, hard breathing, everytime my nervous occured im always brought to emergency and have oxygen, then they gave me valium. i want to escape to this kind of illness. im already on my late fifties. please do help me or any advice to any professional doctors
