its one year already im sufferring from nervous,my medication is valium. nervous attack without warning n no reasons. why am i goin to this stage. when im on attack i felt numbness of hands, dizziness, hard breathing, everytime my nervous occured im always brought to emergency and have oxygen, then they gave me valium. i want to escape to this kind of illness. im already on my late fifties. please do help me or any advice to any professional doctors

I did some reading on this topic, and you may very much be in need of B-complex vitamins. Try a good one-day vitamin (for those over 50) and I think you'll notice some results in a few days. It's worked for a close friend of mine.

you may not think there is no reason but in the back off your head there is something boring you.if you find the route to this problem this might go away.i suffer from anxiety those are the sypmtons i have.i how i deal with it i start to clean something or i'll get on the phone anything to keep my self busy.the med i am on is larazpam, it takes the anxiety away within minutes.hope this helps

once you fairly love them . It makes me sense kinda awkward sending it to everybody else . yet I do say '' i such as you '' to my relatives and my close friends . BQ : No . to me it potential a funky friendly hug . BQ2 : i think of its a bigger hug . BQ3: who's down there ?! hi ??? P.S : some human beings upload xxx whilst ending a sentence and the variety of xs shows the magnitude and the firmness of the element . I had a German chum who used to try this each and all of the time . she could placed x's on the top of each and every paragraph . she used to try this..
