No, especially not if you're a teenager. I was able to tell that one hung about a half inch lower than the other when I was younger. Now I think they're even, but one is still a little bit bigger than the other. You see, they get a bit lower when you grow up, and usually one side goes down before the other. What you speak of is normal. Keep a close eye on your testicles though, because that will help you detect the changes brought by cancer if you happen to get it. Good night!

busyfingers had a good answer too: they will never be exactly even because one of them has to move out of the way to avoid having them pinched when you move around.

No, thats the way with every guy. If one did'nt, they'd be clanging together a lot of the time and you would be uncomfortable.
When you move a certain way in bed or cross your legs while sitting, one testicle will move over the top of the other one. If this was not so, they'd be squeezed together causing discomfort. Thank goodness nature provided for this comfort. Take care of your package, use it well but be cautious of everything as you enjoy your sexuality.

NO all men have one testicle lower than the other. God designed us that way so that when we close our legs etc they don't crush each other but fit nicely between the legs.
