It won't hurt your system, but it might overtax your toilet.

no,its actually healthy but if your not thirsty and drink it then a bit but nothing serious. see 70 percent of your body weight is water if you fill more water then needed you might gain but dont worry the most you'll gain possibly is like 2 ozes, next time when your in the mood for a snack grab and apple or bannana but dont over eat them just 1 or 3 depending on how much fruits you already ate. cut back on the water, it'll also make you wanna go to the bathroom 24/7 well hope your not in the bathroom the whole night because you need to read my answer.

It could. But what is the reason for doing so? Is this some diet plan or joke? Are you dehydrated? You can die from drinking too much water. I have heard that since I was young and a couple of years ago, there was a fraternity thing on TV, where a guy died b/c he had to drink a certain --huge --amount of water one night. I am not saying you will die, but I don't see the reason for drinking that much.

There are people who die from water intoxication. It upsets the electrolyte balance in your body. Electrolytes are needed to keep your heart beating.

I'm not a physician, so I'm not sure about everything. Ingesting in an abnormal way should be cleared with a physician.

Water intoxication was in the news when a fraternity hazing incident resulted in death.

It is possible to drink too much water and get very, very sick. I don't know what your local time is and so don't know how many glasses of water you are planning on actually drinking, in general, though, 64 oz a day is enough.

yes it will. You will deplete your electrolytes VERY quickly. While you should be drinking about a gallon of water in a 24 hour period, you are trying to do it in a period of only a few hours. That is NOT healthy. If you have any health conditions at all, you could put yourself in the emergency room.

You could die from water poisoning the same as if you drink too much alcohol. Don't drink more then your body can process. I know a guy in college who died drinking too much water during a fraternity hazing...

Why is everybody talking about dyin'? Like they don't drink five ice cold beers every night before bedtime. Beer has toxic alchohol in it. That's why they call it "intoxicated". But people cry about too much water.

They'll drown in their tears.

1- You'll wake up nice and early
2- It will probably be from cramps. Water should be drank not too far below room temp, or it is hard on your stomach. If you go through with your plot, you should be doubled over within the hour.
