dont worry, everyone feels that way. sometimes just some time to your self helps. also, if you are really crampy take Midol. it really really helps out with that cramped up feeling.

take advil or motrin--it's the same thing as midol except it has caffine in it to help with fatigue. so take advil or motrin with coke. then get a heating pad and lay with it under you or on top of you. you'll feel much better soon.

That sucks. I just stay home if I experience something like that. I drink a nice hot tea and watch a movie.

Well i don't know but if you eat Chocoalte and you go to sleep for about 10 mins afterwards it should make you feel better.
If that doesn't work sit no your knees and stretch out..
