well guys any last words..tomorrow is my extraction of two badly broken teeth one being a wisdom tooth...i am still nervous though some of you have helped..i freak thinking since i will not be put to sleep that he will have to cut my gum or drill something and i will scream in pain..lol..i will have gas and of course the lovely shots..i am just scared of teh unknown and hoping for no pain..any last advice

Man iv'e been having problems wit this one tooth. i just got back from the dentist and they told me that i have two options. I can either get a root canal.. or just get the tooth pulled. I want to get it pulled out because its faster and i won't have to worry about that same tooth giving me problems but i'm afraind it may cause problems when i'm eating.. what do you guys think?

After taking an aspirin based product for a headache, i developed severe, pain in the middle of my breast bone that went clear to the back. After being doubled over in pain for several hours I went to the hospital. Of course they suspected cardiac and admitted me. While there they gave me IV morpine which seemed to increase the pain as did eating. This was the worst pain i have ever had, worse than childbirth. They started me on protonix which seems to help a little but i need to have an endoscopy done to check out my stomach lining. Can an ulcer cause this much severe back and chest pain. It felt like someone poured acid down my throat and was squeezing me at the same time. I have had one episode since being dischared from the hospital after taking an over the counter sinus medication. The pain lasted 2 hours, i was laying in bed reeling in pain that was not relieved with mylanta, i just had to ride it out. Anyone with "stomach problem" or ulcers have anything like this?

It has something to do with how their body processes protein or certain enzymes. When it's very bad b/c of diet they can have a strong fish smell. If they watch their diet they can smell less fish like, but more like trash. Someone close to me has this. For so long we just thought it was her BO, but after researching we finally found out what it was and how to deal with it.

Anyone else have experience with this? Poor girl.

I was in a bad car accident about 3 months ago. The car flipped 3 times. By some miracle I was okay except for wiplash. For the most part it is better but my right shoulder area still hurts. I get that electical therapy thing done to it 3 times a week and I am doing light weights to help the area but are there more things I can do? Maybe homeopathic or some kind of special stretching? Maybe a better therapy than the electrical stimulation machine?

I have theses amoxicillin time release tablets that look like horse pills. I can't swallow a tylenol with out chopping into a smaller piece or it gets stuck in my throat. Can I break these time release tablets in half. They are tablets not capsules.
