I was in a bad car accident about 3 months ago. The car flipped 3 times. By some miracle I was okay except for wiplash. For the most part it is better but my right shoulder area still hurts. I get that electical therapy thing done to it 3 times a week and I am doing light weights to help the area but are there more things I can do? Maybe homeopathic or some kind of special stretching? Maybe a better therapy than the electrical stimulation machine?

It could take a while to heal, be patient with your self, I had some luck with cranio sacral therapy and massage. A good massage therapist, or cranio sacral therapist should be able to recomend stretches, for that matter your physio therapist should be able to guide you in that area as well. Ice, rest, stretching, and eveything else you are doing will help. It may take a long time though, really, be patient as your body heals.

Electrical stimulation by TENS, E -STEM, H-WAVE or MICRO TENS are all very effective ways in helping the healing process. They all help stimulate the nerves and muscles to repair themselves. They all increase blood flow to the area where they are applied and the blood is what helps carry the nutrients to the injured area.
Did you tear ligaments in your shoulder? Did you tear your rotater cuff? And the most important question is Have you had an MRI??? If not you should demand one!
Good Luck!!!!

Keep doing the streatching, weights, and TENS. Injuries like this can take quite a while to heal. Possibly a year or more.

Stick with the physicial therapy -- even if you do it at home -- and you'll see improvement.
