I had the same at about the same age. Was working in a lab and doing very repetitive work.
Ended up wearing wrist braces on both hands for a couple of years, even while sleeping. These wrist braces had stiff plastic "spoons" in the front that kept me from bending my hands forward. Anti-inflammatories help, too
Most important is to eliminate any repetitive work or play that might be causing it. Often you can do the same work, just need to position things differently or try to change the angle your hands need to be at. Try to figure if you're doing something like that and change it.
