A Dr is the best way to look into wether you have OCD or not - if you do they can give you medications to help control it - if you dont want to go to the dr well I guess you would be OCD if for example you wash your hands 50 times per day - you wash until your hands are red raw and they never feel quite clean - you know your washing your hands too much but you cant help it you have to do it... Go to the Dr would be my suggestion they can help you.

in case you have OCD you will see continual nagging ideas that produce extreme stress. regularly victims of OCD will locate themselves meditating on the fears or doubts that disturb them maximum, actually continuously. they are going to be no longer able to stop, and could at last start up taking actual strikes to cut back their worry. to illustrate a individual who obsesses over his worry of germs will start up cleansing. on the start this might help cut back stress, yet OCD is naggingly continual and as a effect the beginning of repetitive behaviors. in this sort a coping mechanism will become a sympton. the version between OCD and different psychological problems is that an OCD sufferer is extensive unsleeping of the undeniable fact that his fears are irrational. They understand their coping mechanism wont help. yet they might't stop.

Well you should go to the doctor. Another way to figure out if something is going on, is if friends and family members start to point it out to you. There are medication and counseling to help deal with it. Help is out there, don't be scared to seek it.

read the book naked by David Sedaris, and see if your just like that guy, ( if your licking light bulbs and turning door handles 50 times everytime you use one, you might have ocd)
p.s. the term naked is used to mean exposed not really nudity
