Make sure she is ready emotionally and physically. If she really wants to do it or is she doing it to please you? Make sure you do alot of foreplay and make her feel comfortable with you. Take it slow and easy and listen and watch for her cues. You will know if she wants you to stop. Try to forgo your pleasure and give her pleasure first. Be kind, generous and curteous but also let her know you want her. Dont get all hyped up and turned on and forget she is there and continue on inside of her hurting her. Take care to do it right, this could affect her for years. She will either remember it as the wonderful first time, or the painful humiliating first time.

Do not force or pressure her you must be patient and gentle. and don't tell her that she is bad at it because she will not want to have sex with you.
By the way if you have sex you should know who your having sex with before you do anything. Then you might reduce the amount of problems later.

well should be a romancer, you should be able to take her out, and the whole shindig.
you dont want her to think that you are some type of perve or something, so do the opposite of a freaky, nasty, sex night.
Be gentle, easy, and then as you get to know her get it on
