I go on my treadmill every morning and night for about an hour, sometimes as little more, at a time.
After a while, I begin to get sweaty, feel really hot, and sometimes get a little light-headed. I sometimes feel like I need to stop, but I keep on going.
I'm kind of afraid that I am going to collapse while I'm on the treadmill. That would not be good, because getting thrown while unconcious into a cement wall would really hurt.
Am I just dehydrated while I'm exercising? I know that pain is gain, and stuff, but I don't know when too much is too much.
When should I stop exercising?
Thanks.

Is it more important to cherish and nurture our soul or enlighten and stimulate our minds?
Either way, how do you recharge your "batteries" when you discern you are running low?

I've been applying aloe and I have bandages over the places where my clothes are rubbing against the burn, but I'd like to accelerate the healing process even more. Any ideas are appreciated.

there is mania and then depression. highs and lows, but do they change like every week? I ask this only because i noticed this in my bf's behavior. He has been to a therapist in the past, he was not diagnosed with it, although the therapist wanted him tested for it. He is not on medications as he refuses to go on it.
His moods change quite often, Last week he was fine, the weekend came and he was angry/agitated, sunday he was fine, then this week he is in a depressed mood again and not even wanting to talk with me, he just wanted to be alone.....

I am curious about whether it is possible that this is correct...

I bought Arm and Hammer "Enamel Care" toothpaste. The advertising says that the liquid calcium in it will restore surface enamel within three months. Is this possible?
