Diabetes can be directly checked with a blood test. If you are showing signs of High Blood Pressure, the doctor will probably check your cholesterol. As a matter of routine, the Dr will probably run a CBC (complete blood count) and maybe a LFT (liver function test) if he/she thinks it is necessary.

Blood test can tell you if you have diabetes.

They cannot tell you IF you have high blood pressure - but usually the doctor will measure that

Your poor circulation will be apparent when they look at the veins of your arm ... and when they inspect your legs

A pinched nerve is not diagnosed on blood tests either, but by a combination of your story of back pain / leg pain to the doctor and examining your back, your abdomen and your legs.
