No method of contraception is 100% successful.

Most women who have their "tubes tied" find it a successful contraception.

In very few cases (less than 0.5%) there have been issues with the clips coming off the fallopian tubes and in other techniques there have been reports of the tubes forming scar which then forms the tube again, through which the egg can pass. (The body has a wonderful healing ability, apparently)

So it IS possible to get pregnant after "having your tubes tied" but it is very unlikely.

yes it is possible but it is rare. there are different methods of "tying the tubes." If the tubes were simply clamped off with clips (I dont think this is done much, if at all, anymore), then it is possible they could come undone and you could become pregnant. If a portion of the tube is removed it is less likely to happen.

No - it's a physical impossibility because no eggs can move through the fallopian tubes to the womb to be fertilized.

Yes/no.......I've heard that professionally/medically if the job wasn't done properly, there IS a minimal risk of becoming pregnant.

You aren't suppose to be able to.....that's the whole idea behind getting the procedure to begin with. Although, NOTHING is 100% sure, so it's not unheard of for the procedure to fail.
