That sounds well within the healthy range. Of course, we'd have to see how much of your weight is fat to say for sure if it's healthy. Try the "Diet Evaluator" or whatever it's called at Y! health: http://health.yahoo.com/
You put in your height, age, gender, starting and target weights, and it can tell you something about your diet. I didn't do much with it, because I'm 5'8"-ish and 155 lbs, and I want to gain weight. It will only tell you how to lose weight, or if your weight is normal. But I think if you put in the same weight as both your starting and target weights, it will tell you if you're normal and how to improve your diet. Good luck!

Yes, you are overweight, unless your bodyfat percentage is low. It's impossible to know without that information. If you have a belly, yeah dude, you're fat. Start working out.

No it's not--- figure 6-8 lbs. for every inch over five feet, if your a male and 5lbs. for every inch for females. General rule of thumb.
