Yes, when you take B5 you will loose weight, even though you eat lots of jelly doughnuts, fried chicken, pies, butter and cream, even though you watch tv like a slug on the couch eating bon bons and getting absolutely no exercise except yakkity yak yaking with similarly inclined slugs you will lose weight. But I don't know if it works on your zits.
Funny how the rest of the entire world doesn't know what you know!

Hi
Not really but try this plan instead it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

People coming off addictions: alcohol, ... even caffeine are recommend to use it

Never heard of it helping with weight loss. B-6 has been combined with Kelp, Lecithin and Apple Cider Vinegar to help with weight loss.

no! it's very unhealthy to only take one B vitamin - throws everything off kilter. If you want to take B, take the B complex.
