Yes... but I also find that I tend to stay up rather late at night as well. When I need to get up early, I have to force myself to get to bed early so that I can get the 9 or more hours of sleep I need to function.

Some people get away with only six hours sleep a night... I'm not one of them. I can get away with it every now and then, but two days in a row will end up costing me in the long run... I'll need to sleep for ten hours or more... or find myself completely exhausted, and unable to function.

Don't worry about it. Learn how much sleep your body needs in order to function at its peak day after day, then learn to get to bed early enough to get the rest you need night after night.

Each of us is different... we all have different needs... learn what yours are, and don't try and adhere to someone elses idea of what is right... what is normal.... learn what is right for you.

We learn more about the world as we get older and carry more burden with that knowledge, hence it gets more difficult to get up to face it.

I was like that then realised we work to live not live to work.

i'm sorry for each thing you're dealing with. suited now i think of you're being the sufferer of somebody which you reported has been clinically determined with BPD. there's a e book reported as "walking on eggshells" or something like that i do no longer understand the top call, and that i think of it is going to assist you lots through fact it tells you the thank you to appreciate and not be a sufferer of somebody with BPD. My terrific suggestion is to concentration on college as much as you may. i understand that is annoying, although if that is what gets you getting into existence. Your mom does not sound like she is in her 5 senses, and you're too yong to completely understand why she acts the way she acts (i'm no longer protecting her with the help of any ability). Your dad would desire to be exterior the homestead lots through fact of each and all the stress. in basic terms don't think the nasty issues you hear approximately you. Is a tricky activity, through fact all of us base our self-somewhat worth in what our kin say approximately us, although if it looks like your mom is "out of it", so which you need to no longer have confidence what she says approximately you. i'm no longer a professional, that's in basic terms my opinion. Honey, you may't restoration your mom or your dad, or their relationship. you will come t that end later in existence and it´s extra advantageous to attain that now. that is not your responsability.... stay in college. attempt to make buddies. stay out of the fights at homestead. attempt your toughest to no longer enable your mom's comments get to you. stay stable. Suicide gained´t restoration something, it is going to in basic terms create extra soreness. And in case you´re no longer chatting with a professional, do it and do it quickly. they'd assist you. good success.
