my brother who is bi polar, rented a car while having an episode and the car was stolen fom him and damaged, he reported the car stolen, but the contract that he signed stated that he will b responsible for any damages, and now rental company wants to sue him for 4500.00 cost of repair, he does not have that kind of money, nor does family, the person who stole the car has not been arrested as of yet, and we realize he can sue him for damages, but rental company wants money now and from my bro. due to the fact that he signed the contract, please give some legal advice asap, thanks

plus if theirs hurtfull memories that keep tormenting you about your past...i had a loving family with loving parents, but unfortunatley i developed a mental illness because of bullying at school i left home at 16 and my family fell apart, mum and dad fighting and then seperated, there was lots of fights and lots of tears then, im 29 now, this memory tears away at my soul fills me with tears and torments me, even after all this time. i feel guilty and responsible because i caused alot of unrest and arguments..i cry at night because of this i love my mum and dad so much and i feel so sorry. the memory hurts so much i block it out......today i live on my own in my own flat battling extreme low moods and lonliness, im due to see a psychiatrist soon where im asking for an evaluation. i feel so cold & alone as i battle this.& i get my painfull flashbacks...i keep wondering what ill do when i no longer have my mum & dad.will it de rail me.send me over the edge?will i find a partner 2 luv me?

i had a root canal almost two years ago and have never had the crown put on because i didn't have insurance and know i have insurance but i have to wait for my appt. well my tooth is starting to hurt. i took some tylonel i took some aleve they are not doing anything. what can i do to make it stop hurting and to protect it till i get to the dentist.

She has two children. Not interested in house works. Always sleeping while at home. Not interested in making good communication with neighbours and very selfish. Is she mentally normal or why is she behave like this? Is it because of wrong brought-up ? She dont like her mother.

I was watching an informercial the other day where it was an excercise program. Pretty much it was saying that you can work off stomach fat by these excercises that didnt include crunches on the floor. It was a lady and she said that you work out along side Techno like music. I want to look into it but cant remember the name...can anyone help?

It's very annoying to waste 5 points on a question because everyone who answers is trying to sell me diet pills or promoting some stupid web site!! I don't even think they read my question! They just cut and paste the same answer to everyone's question.
Here's my question:
When I first started working out, I was misinformed about the heart rate zone. I thought the aerobic zone was the same as the weight loss zone. I have been working out in the 70-80 percent aerobic zone for so long that I cannot gear myself down to the 60-70 percent weight loss zone. I get really bored and frustrated when I try. Maybe eventually I will be in good enough shape that I can work as hard with a lower heart rate. But until then, am I sabotaging my weight loss efforts by working so hard? I have lost 22 lbs in 10 weeks so I know that is good but could I be losing faster if I stay in the weight loss zone.

i have chronic bateria vaginosis.(bv) is there any other women that suffers from this? they say it's not sexually transmitted. they say different things can trigger. different sex partners, douching, panties. after sex i get them . i treat it with metrogel, but they come right back. sometimes i get rid of it and they don't come back. it varies. i am confused and depressed. it's interfering with my sex life. is there anyone else who has this? ever had it? the dr told me that men don't give it to you. i'm healthy. my physical come back fine. that's the only problem.no std's. nothing else is bothering me but this bv.it's annoying. the worst part of it is it cause a fishy odor. not pleasant. help!

for several months at a time disqualifies us for our benefit. Our doctors out of the country, where we live sent copies of thier prescriptions to our U.S. doctor, but she won't make her prescription based on this. How can we find a doctor who will talk, on the phone to our overseas doctors and accept thier word, as fellow professionals that we need these medicines. Otherwise we will have to continue paying exorbitant prices here when we could be getting these medicines free under this Medicare program.
We cannot afford to fly to the U.S just to see a doctor and get his prescription! Thanks for your help and advice.
