I have the same 'problem' but it really is a blessing b/c you can eat a lot more things than most people but I do understand that it gets old when people keep asking you how you stay so SMALL or always comment on your weight....they don't say things out loud to over weight people what gives them the right to say it to us?
OK I am done!
Anyway I have found that I can't drink a lot of water or milk with a meal but an alcoholic drink helps relax my stomach. I try to eat more often even if it is just a yogurt or some nuts. As you get older it does get easier and less stress helps too.

If your a dude then I suggest realgains protein powder shakes. At 700 calories a pop, you'll gain.

See your health provider, Meanwhile, exercise, exercise and exercise like walking, walking and walking.
Drink only decaffinated coffee, tea, colas, cocoa etc.
Increase your intake of dairy products, whole grain breads and pasta.
Take a good muti vitamin on a daily basis.
Stop or really reduce your smoking (if you smoke).

You most likely have a hypothyroid problem, check webmd.com and see a doctor.
