Brush your teeth and tongue (the germs on your tongue cause a lot of it) after every meal. Drink lots of water (plain water), which thins the body secretions and makes them smell way better (this works for sweat and vaginal secretions too!)
I keep breathmints in my purse and desk at all times.

Sometimes bad breath is caused by stomach problems or food in the tube that is supposed to carry it to the stomach. No amount of breath mints will help that, the only thing is to get rid of the stomach problems.

Brush your teeth and your tongue and don't use the same tooth brush for more than 2 months. Also drink a lot of water, sometimes bad breathe occurs when you are not hydrated enough.

If you brush your teeth and tongue regularly in addition to flossing and you still have a bad breath you may need to see a doctor.

There are many ways you can. First, you can brush your teeth and chew gum, second you can chew on parsley or cinnimon sticks( not ground cinnimon), which are natural breath fresheners, or you can use breath mints.
