Also, take saunas regularly, change your diet especially what you drink as liquid. Drink pure water not coffee or sodas. Quit alcohol for a long enough period to see if that is having an effect.

This is a real medical condition;however, you should see a docotr to confirm that it is nothing else like a thyroid or hormone problem. If all checks out normal, then there are some drugs that actually are designed for this.
The condition is called hyperhidosis

Speak to a doctor about this I know they have a remedy a permanent one and a temporary one like if you are going on an interview. I have the same problem and its embarrassing cuz it happens when I am nervous and I am nervous on interviews when you have to shake hands.

I have sweating hands also,, you may want to see a dermatoligist for this condition,, although I have never persued it I have asked about this to my doctors and they recomend seeing a dermatoligist

are you nervous? are you old enough to be going thru menopause? those are the only 2 things i can think of to make your hands sweat

Sounds like a nerve problem. Are you taking drugs, drinking cafeinee or smoking? If so, stop.

your sweat glands may be overactive. check with a doctor, there is a mini sugery that can cure it forever! i forgot what the name of it is though... but i know that it is a condition they can fix!
