I have tried a lot of things the only thing that has worked for me was chasing around the kids. I even went to the gym 5 days a week and did kickboxing and weight training class' for 5 monthsI didnt lose a pound, but my kids started walking and now it's melting off. Good luck to you. I hope you lose what you need and want to lose.

If you do not put it into your mouth it cannot sit on your hips!

If you move enough you will lose body weight!

If you do not do physical labor 10 hours a day and you eat over 1200 calories you will gain weight!

If you have no medical illness, consuming not more than 1100 calories per day, with a little bit of movement, that will take you down to the bone level. And that is eating what ever you want to but not exceeding the 1100 calories a day.

Less extreme? Dark green veg, fresh fruit, no fat of meat/fish plus 8 glasses water a day. No snacks, no seconds, walk 11/2 hours five times a week. No fast foods, or out of the can or box.

I am 72, all I ever do is walk! 175 lb 32" waist. It just discipline!
Eat the food Natured provided as she provided it, 8 glass water and move .

I am over 28 as well. Something that I find helps me lose the extra pounds, if I am eating healthy, and exercising... I change my exercise routine up some, I don't change the length, but I will do different things. Maybe you could use an elyptical machine one day, a stairstepper one day, and alternate between the two. Also if you are not lifting weights, that will help you lose the extra pounds as well. Muscle burns fat, and adding this exercise will burn more calories. You will also burn more calories throughout the day because the muscle you put on burns much more calories than fat.

you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Interval training in your cardio session is best for those last stubborn pounds, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck and stick at it.

4 - 5 glasses of water a day ---- one after morning coffee . Brain cereal every morning or friut. Whatever you eat have lots of vegetables with it. No eating after 6 pm . When I lived in Korea I ate nothing after 6 pm. The Koreans ate anytime but if I am going to bed at 9 or 10 pm then I eat nothing - that way the stuff in me gets digested by the time I hit the sack. I lost 20 pounds in two months this way - well the korean food too. I only ate it once a day one big lunch. I did not eat dinner because I was not done until 8 pm or 9 every day and I refuse to eat that late in the day.

Hello Cat, I can tell you by my experience and many other people that the best way to get to your ideal weight and remain that way is to go vegan. Eliminate all animal products from your diet and the results will surprise you. Meat and dairy products are full of hormones and water retaining drugs that are passed on to the consumer.

STACK is your answer. 100% of the people I know, who have used STACK, lost weight; about a pound a day. Most of them are baby-boomers, so they're not exactly youngsters.
