tamponds???

i heard that you cant leave a tampond in you for more than 4hours...
i want to know wich size lastes longer than 4 hours,
and what tampond comany makes the best tamponds?
cuz pads arent working on me.

Actually on every tampon box I've gotten it says not to leave them in for more than 8 hours. Just make sure you use the right absorbency. Don't be using Supers if your flow is only a regular amount.

Tampons (no "d") need to be changed as frequently as if you were to wear and change a sanitary napkin. It depends on how heavy your flow is as to what product would work best for you. They do make small packages/trial sizes that you might purchase.

I never flowed heavily at all and always used Tampax slender regulars.

It can cause serious infections if you leave a tampon in more than 4 hours...Playtex Gentle Glide work the best.

ok im a nurse i can definatly help you if you are a first time user so this is what you need to go and buy:
