I was watching an informercial the other day where it was an excercise program. Pretty much it was saying that you can work off stomach fat by these excercises that didnt include crunches on the floor. It was a lady and she said that you work out along side Techno like music. I want to look into it but cant remember the name...can anyone help?

Good thing you forgot, now you won't waste your money on something that will never work. Want to lose weight, eat right and do conventional exercise. Techno music while working out is not some micracle cure, its called a scam.
