I do have some allergies that cause my eyes to water, but this is different. About 1/3 of the day my eyes water excessively and burn (like they're dry). Another 1/3 of the day my eyes are "gunky" in both corners and along the bottom lid. Washing my eyes with a washcloth only moves the gunk to my eyelashes which I can't stand and spend 30 or more minutes picking the gunk off the lashes. When I don't wash my eyes the gunk just pools and I'm always wiping with my finger or a kleenex. The final 1/3 of the day my eyes are somewhat normal. This doesn't happen all at one time, but a combination throughout the day. The dryer my eyes get the more they burn and the more my eyes water, but this gunky build up also happens when there is no burning, which leads me to believe it's not related to dry eyes. What do you think it is? This has been happening for almost a year, with about a three month break in the spring. With a break in the spring I don't think it's allergies either.

Someone pleas tell me if this is normal.........

When I do any cardio related exercise (treadmill, outside running, eliptical) my heart rate is usually anwhere from 185-200, and it only takes about a minute and a half for it to get that high. Plus I am not really trying to go fast or hard and I can only do that type of moderate activity for about 10 minutes, its just too hard. I noticed this about a year ago, but I've always had troubles with cardio workouts. Now I dont understand why its so high and why its so hard because I am in good shape, or at least I thought I was! This is more annoying than anything because I feel like im not getting any workout an it doesnt seem to be going down the more excerise I do.

And some background on me if it helps.....19, female, 5'4, 100 lbs, I dont smoke anymore, and I used to do cheer and gymnastics in high school so excercise is nothing new!

Has anyone heard of 2 day Slimdown? It appears to be a a liquid diet product. The claims say you can lose up to 12 lbs. in 2 days. I am just curious if anyone has tried this product or heard anything about it. It is offered by Momentum Direct. Thanks.

I'm operating under the assumption that all dentists are not equal - that some are more skilled and more ethical. How do I go about choosing the best dentist? What I mean by skill should be obvious. What I mean by ethical is someone who will not tell the patient that he or she needs an unnecessary service / someone who will not overcharge for their services / etc. Do those dentists who charge less for their services possess less skill? If a practice has multiple dentists, are you able to request a specific one?

My first psychiatrist said i have obsessive-compulsive personality traits. My second psychiatrist said i have borderline personality traits and dependent personality traits. Both doctors said i have major depressive disorder. I've had ect and had tried different anti-depressants and now i am taking cymbalta. My worry is, will these traits have greater chance to develop into a disorder since i am still not very well? why does my doctors have different assessment or diagnosis on my traits?

I really hate shots, and my family keeps telling me they really hurt just to tease me.

Does anybody have any REAL advice as how to relax and if they really do hurt or not?
