If you wanted to try to end your sleeplessness without using medications, you might consider meditation as a relaxation tool. Some folks also use exercise as a way to release endorphins and moderate their stress so it doesn't cause sleeplessness.

go to ur doc and ask if u can get a sleepin pill like ambien or ambien cr that helps use as needed it has to be prescribed by a md or phycristyist

Try not to worry as much. There are meds that can help with your sleeping problems - if you wanted to try that route.

if you want to try an herbal supplement... try valerian root... it works wonderfully and you don't wake up groggy... but check with a doctor first as with all supplements... but it helps me
