Has anyone heard of 2 day Slimdown? It appears to be a a liquid diet product. The claims say you can lose up to 12 lbs. in 2 days. I am just curious if anyone has tried this product or heard anything about it. It is offered by Momentum Direct. Thanks.

I don't know the product, but, based on the claim, I can determine a couple of things.

The only weight you can lose that MIGHT equal 12 pounds in 2 days is water, and/or solid waste product.

5, maybe 6 pounds of pee may be pushed out in two days. Much more and I would be concerned about the essential fluids in the body. Your body need the water to get its essential processes done. That's why you often read that a person can live without food for several day, but can die, without water, after only a few day.

The solid waste may easily make up for the rest of the 12 pounds, but it means purging your whole system, top to bottom.

If there is any truth to the claim, then the product is, both a stron diuretic and a powerful laxative. Either one of these features may be dangerous, but the water loss would be very scarey.

In either case, none of that would be fat. Only thing that burns fat is exercise. period. None of that 12 pound loss will change your appearance in 2 days. It won't make you lose any clothes size.

I used to try all different diet method, went through some diet program. It was just temporary. I gained weight back, and made me unhealthy.
I can’t express in word how I had been through with diet problem.
I thought I was going to just give up, but I tried a diet product called, Metablock, and exercised.

It is easy to make claims knowing that most people will never return a product that does not work. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. I've tried it but it backfired for me cause it didn't fill me up and I ate meals. Slimdown is ment to replace your meals. If you can withstand a little hunger go ahead and try it but I don't recommend it. I recommend eating a pickle in the morning and follow with toast and l glass of lemon juice. Cut down on sweets, eat small meals instead of big ones. Avoid salty foods before bedtime. Cut down on oily foods like fries and burgers!

fast weight loss is most likely just water weight calculate your body fat establish an appropriate caloric intake exercise in moderation and be patient u can drop it gradually in good health i drink over 3 liters of water per day barely exercise and aim towards veggies as much as possible ...lost 55 lbs in 3 months have 50 more to go ...good luck
