Hmm, I would have to say it might be a little over weight, but if you have trouble moving around or if you feel your skin is sensative you might have to visit a doctor. Diets are difficult to deal with sometimes, excersizing ALOT would help. If your doctor says you need to take a medecine first try excersizes or diets it's best to try the natural stuff first. If that doesn't help take the subscription your doctor gives you. It's good to stay active.

YES!!! I was about that age when I quit growing and I peaked out at 5'8, I weighed about 145 lbs and thought I was fat. This was a spiral that has haunted me my whole life. A little acceptance and maybe I would not be REALLY struggling with my weight for the past 20 years up to 265 lbs which is FAT and down to 110 lbs which is too thin despite what celebrities do, and everywhere in between. Your fine, your beautiful, and your perfectly healthy weight for your height.

What is normal? A lot depends on your genetics.
If your question is about weight, don’t go there.
How much you weigh does not matter as much as your total body fat % . You can go to most gyms or have your physical check your body fat. To give you an idea of what I am taking about. Three years ago a friend of mine was 183 lbs and 33% body fat (obese ) . Now he is 175 and 12% body fat.
According to an article from Medscape.com, the American Dietetic Association recommends that men have 15-18% body fat and women have 20-25% body fat. Healthy male athletes might be as low as 5-12% body fat, and healthy female athletes could be as low as 10-20%.

Yep! There are 13 year old guys that are 6 feet 9!! There are 13 year old guys that weigh 300 pounds. I've heard of it before. So why not a 13 year old girl that is as tall, and weighs as much as the one you described? That is bad parenting, in my opinion. Child abuse, even!!

Exactly!! What IS normal? If you feel normal, then you are. Dont worry about what magazines, TV or MTV are telling you what you need to look like.
If you are happy with yourself, why change?
If you arent happy, (i've said this a hundred times) do something about it. Lose some weight, get a new hairstyle, change your style of clothes. But dont do it for everyone else, do it for YOU!

umm do no longer pay attention to the human beings who say you're fat. you're no longer. a sturdy height for 5'8" is one hundred forty, and you're 136 meaning you're skinny. weight nicely-known rule ingredient 5'0" = 100lbs for each inch you may weigh 5 greater lbs, so: 5'a million" = a hundred and five lbs 5'2" = a hundred and ten lbs 5'3" = a hundred and fifteen lbs 5'4" = a hundred and twenty lbs 5'5" = one hundred twenty five lbs 5'6" = a hundred thirty lbs 5'7" = one hundred thirty five lbs 5'8" = one hundred forty lbs and for men it rather is the same different than it rather is 7 rather of five :)

I believe that is within the range of normal. If you are curious about the recommended weight for a particular height, I believe there is information on the Weight Watchers website (I'm a member).

Check with a BMI calculator. Personally, I'm 5'8 and less then that, and my BMI is perfectly fine. So you should definately check it out.
