I know just where you are coming from. I had the same problem. All I ever wanted to do was sleep. When I wasn't sleeping I was either sitting on the couch in a half sleep daze type thing. Then I would randomly cry for no reason. My husband went through the same thing and he went to a psychiatrist and was put on Lexapro (Antidepressant). He is doing better so I went as well. I am now on Lexapro too. It has helped me out so much. I wish I would have gone sooner. You don't have to go straight to a psychiatrist, a regular doctor can prescribe things like that too. It also helps if you find something to do with your time. Start a hobby, get outside and go for a walk, anything to get you out of the house. I hope this all helps. I've been there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I know just how you feel. You need to get a job. If you already have a job, get a second job or a hobby. Join a 12-step group. Read an uplifting book. Take an interesting class.
Yea, and see a doctor, too.

Get back on that horse and conquer the world!
