Does anyone know any good diet pills that you can get from like Wal-mart,...not from a doctor. I just need a little help besides exercising. I do that, but need more help. Thank you

The diet pill NV... it gives you loads of energy.. but it WILL cut you back on sleep.

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

I would avoid going the diet pill route. Go to the library and take out the Atkins Diet book and Atkins Diet recipe books. I lost 65 pounds on the Atkins and you can eat as much as you want. The diet drastically reduces your carb intake which is what puts all the weight on. I took off 45 pounds in the first four months and the rest over 7 to 9 months. As with any diet you must maintain discipline but it works and you wont feel hungry either.

Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

Diet pills and diets do not work, they are only temporary solutions what happens when you stop? the weight will come back times 2 and your metabolism will not be in good shape. the truest way to lose the weight and keep it off is to make it a lifestyle change. something you can live with forever. eat smaller portions or count calories and exercise cardio + weight training. take baby steps to a healthier you , you dont have to stop eating the things you love all you have to do is watch those portions.

They damage metabolism making more people fatter. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Go to a good health food store & ask for L-Phenlalanine (this is an essential amino acid), but helps as a natural appetite suppresant. However, you also need to drink alot of water thru-out the day & getting your proper fiber for the day is completely necessary........this helps proper elimination.........which will help weight loss but also helps promote proper digestion & health.
